How and where do I pay a Municipal Court Penalty Assessment?
Municipal tickets are to be paid to the Town of Elizabeth Court Clerk at the Elizabeth Town Hall. There are several ways to pay:

It's important to understand that a municipal summons is not the same as a penalty assessment. If you receive a municipal summons you must appear in court on the date listed on the front of the summons.
