Trail Repairs

Trail Repairs. 

On June 16, 2023, the Town suffered damage to the trail system, particularly impacting the pedestrian bridge on the North side of HWY 86 over Running Creek.  Repairs have been slow due to numerous environmental concerns surrounding the Preble’s Jumping Mouse and its native habitat.  The Town has finalized an agreement to have these repairs finished in time for the summer, with the repairs to be completed prior to June 1, 2024.
