The Elizabeth Municipal Courts mission is to seek justice and inspire public 
trust. The court is committed to the fundamental beliefs of fairness, respect
and justice for all those who come before the court.

Those appearing will be provided prompt and professional service in keeping
with the core values of the Town of Elizabeth.

The court is committed to safeguarding and accurately maintaining all records.
The objective of the court is to ensure due process for the defendant, to
protect the rights of victims and to address the safety of the community.
