NOTICE OF SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TOWN OF ELIZABETH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Town of Elizabeth will conduct a special municipal election by mail on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, to consider the recall of Trustee Angela Ternus. To be qualified to vote in the special election, you must be a Town registered elector. Electors who have registered to vote will receive a mail ballot. Ballots will be mailed to voters on or about August 14, 2023.
In order to be counted, ballots must be returned by mail or in person and received no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, September 5, 2023. Voted ballots can be deposited at all hours every day until 7:00 p.m. on election day at Town Hall’s outdoor election drop box located at 151 S. Banner Street, Elizabeth, CO. 80107.
Electors needing replacement or absentee ballots may obtain them from the Town Clerk’s Office, and all questions should be directed to Michelle Oeser, Town Clerk at 303-646-4166 or, moeser [at] townofelizabeth.org ().
