NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING
(Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S)
NOTICE is hereby given that the proposed 2024 budget was submitted to the Board of Trustees for the Town of Elizabeth as required. A copy of the proposed budget is on file at the Elizabeth Town Hall. The proposed budget is open for public inspection. A Public Hearing will be held on the proposed 2024 budget on November 14th, 2023, at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Town of Elizabeth Board of Trustees at 7pm at the Elizabeth Town Hall, located at 151 S. Banner St. Elizabeth, CO. 80107.
Any interested electors of the Town of Elizabeth may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
