The Board of Trustees passed Resolution 20R37 which provides waivers of various code sections regarding signage on nonresidential properties, food trucks, and sidewalk and parking lot sales.  The waivers are intended to accommodate Elizabeth businesses by providing flexibilities and efficiencies during this time of stabilization and recovery.  The waivers are set to expire January 12, 2021.  Click here to view waivers.

The Elizabeth Area Chamber of Commerce, in partner with the Town of Elizabeth, Elbert County, and towns of Kiowa and Simla, is conducting a local business survey on COVID-19 impacts.  Business owners and managers can take the survey here.
