The Town Hall and Elizabeth Police Department facilities are open to the public by appointment only. The partial opening is for the safety of staff and community members and to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Town Officials will monitor the situation and will fully reopen the buildings when it’s determined safe to do so. Town operations will be maintained during this time.
