On May 27th, restaurants are allowed to reopen to in-person dining. The guidance for reopening is attached and can be viewed here. This guidance applies to all Town of Elizabeth restaurants.
All restaurants are required to contact the Elbert County Health Department to schedule an onsite visit in regard to reopening at (303) 621-3193 or stacey.rinehart [at] elbertcounty-co.gov.
For restaurants seeking to expand their serving area outdoors onto sidewalks and/or parking lots, the attached temporary use permit application is required to be completed and approved. The completed temporary use permit application should be submitted to the Community Development Department via email (gerickson [at] townofelizabeth.org), dropbox (outside Town Hall at 151 South Banner Street), or mail (PO Box 159, Elizabeth).
