The Town of Elizabeth is providing temporary assistance and accommodations to our utility customers during the temporary closure of Town Hall to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Information on how to pay your water bill is provided below.

Online Billpay

The Town offers Online Billpay which allows customers to pay their utility bills online. The Town is encouraging the use of this option, as paying electronically reduces person to person exposure that results from handling cash or checks.  Online payments can be made with debit, credit, and banking accounts.

Online Billpay includes an autopay option.  Automatic payments can be made with debit, credit, and banking accounts.

Businesses and residents can also make payments over the phone by credit or debit card by calling our automated bill system at 844-916-1494 or by calling us directly at (303) 646-4166.

Drop Box

The Town’s drop box which is located outside Town Hall will remain in use during the closure of the building to the public.  Drop box payments can be made via cash or check.  Town staff will be taking extra caution during this time when accessing the Drop box.

The Town is offering assistance to account holders by increasing the eligibility for payment plans.  Please call us at (303) 646-4166 for more information on payment plans or to sign up.
