Invoice Cloud is our online bill pay provider. You can make payments online or over the phone by credit/debit card, EFT/ACH, GooglePay, PayPal, or PayPal Credit. Payments by cash and check are still available. Our dropbox in front of Town Hall is also still available to drop off payments.
To Make a Payment Online: Click here, select "Utilities", enter your full account number (leaving out the decimal point) and the name as it is listed on our account. Then, select the invoice you would like to pay and click "Add Selected Invoices", then "Proceed to Payment". Select your payment method and the amount you are going to pay. You will have the option to pay the full amount due, any past due amount, or any amount under "Pay Other Amount". Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
To Register Your Account: Click here, select "Sign In" at the top of the page and select "Register Now". Enter your full account number (leaving out the decimal point) and complete the form. Please note that you will be automatically enrolled in Paperless Billing unless you opt out at the time you fill out the form.
To Make Changes to Your Account: You must first have your account registered. Click here, select "Sign In" at the top of the page, then enter your email and password. From the main page, you can navigate to each option you would like to enroll in/view. You can sign up for Autopay, Paperless Billing, Pay-By-Text, etc., view your current and previous invoices, update payment methods and more.
