The Board recently passed a new Ordinance updating Town Code regarding signs. This new Ordinance will go into effect October 14th, 2021.
Some highlights of the changes are:
- 2 building signs will be allowed per business if they meet sign requirements found in code
- Feather Banners will now be allowed on non-residential property with a 30-day permit
- Banner definition has been updated and clarified
- Number and size of banners and feather banners allowed has been updated
