Under general direction of the Town Administrator, manages and directs the department’s four in-house operations: (1) water production and distribution, (2) wastewater collection and treatment, (3) street maintenance, and (4) parks/grounds maintenance for certain Town owned facilities.  The director is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and administering all the Town’s public works in accordance with current professional standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
