Next municipal election will be
held April 6th, 2010
Dates to remember:

February 12th, 2010 - Fist
day of distribution of municipal candidate Petitions.

February 15th, 2010 - First
day for Municipal candidates to circulate nomination Petitions.

March 5th, 2010 - Last day to
circulate and file municipal candidate nomination petitions with
Town Clerk.
-
March 7th, 2010 - Last day a
person can move into an election precinct and become a resident
for the purpose of voting in the election.
-
March 8th, 2010 - Last day to
register to vote in the election.
-
March 12th, 2010 - Last day
for a nominated candidate to withdraw his or her name from the
ballot by written affidavit.

March 16th, 2010 - Municipal
candidates must file FCPA reports with the Town Clerk.

March 17th, 2010 - Deadline
for submission of write-in candidate affidavit.

April 2nd, 2010 - Last day to
request absentee ballots from Town Clerk.
