  1. Rezoning and Planned Unit Development (PUD):

 

$400.00 for the first acre plus $30.00 per each additional acre or portion of acre.

 

  1. Site Plan Review:

 

$400.00 for the first acre plus $50.00 per each additional acre or portion of acre.

 

  1. Sketch Plan:

 

No Charge.

L.  Escrow

 

The listed fees do not include the costs for publishing, recording, postage, drainage studies, Town Attorney, Planning Consultant, Town Engineer, surveying.  The Town of Elizabeth requires that these additional funds be held in an escrow account to be disbursed each month.
