The Town Budget includes five separate funds: General, Street Maintenance, Street Capital Improvement and Water and Sewer, and Capital Improvement Fund.

The preliminary budget is presented on a balanced budget basis; that is no fund has expenditures in excess of available resources and beginning fund balances.
